Satisfactory breakfast, UNBEATABLE location and helpful staff. The owner was friendly. You can see the courtyard from your window. The hotel is in the lake district. Besides, the pencil museum is 5 minutes' drive away.

All in all a lovely experience. Sensible rates, English breakfast included. Can't find anything wrong, we would definitely come back if in Keswick. Derwentwater is near the hotel.
